As we all know that location is very important when buying a property especially if it is build somewhere in the province.  The areas should have good transportation and can locate easily in any means. Do not purchase if it is not accessible because in the first place the reason why you decided to put your investment there is because to have relaxation and bring your whole family. Never take it for granted.   

• Maintenance Cost. You should be aware that when you buy a property and everything seems to be okay, it doesn’t stop there. All properties required maintenance. This part was usually ignored and took for granted by some owners, but actually it really matters. For an instance, knowing that your unit is near in coastal areas, expect salty air that is corrosive and may affect your property. That’s why make sense of this if you are a potential buyer of this one.
